Registrations and Timeline
New drivers are eligible to register in our MTO-Approved courses; 2 months prior to their 16th birthday. As required by the ministry, all new drivers must complete our MTO-Approved course within 12 months of the course start date. It is not recommended to start the in-vehicle training near the end of the 12 month expiration period. Students must schedule their required 10 hrs. of in-vehicle lessons within 4-6 weeks before expiring to avoid delay in processing the MTO-Certification. An instructor may Not be available to complete the 10 hrs. of in-vehicle lessons within 1-2 week notice.

Personal Information
From time to time we may be asked to submit or release personal information about yourself to the Ministry of Transportation, the Insurance Council of Canada, the Ontario Safety League or to the Course Inspector pertaining to his or her attendance at or completion of a Ministry-Approved Beginner Driver Education Course including information recorded on the MTO certificate prescribed by the Ministry.

MTO Certification
You must successfully complete the 30 hours of in-class/online theory and the 10 hours of in-vehicle training within 12 months of the course start date to be certified by the Ministry. No refund or certification will be granted to students that have not successfully completed our drivers Ed program within the 12 months period. All hours purchased and fees paid will be considered invalid after the 12 months period.

In-Vehicle Cancellation Policy
Please be advised, you must give your instructor 24 hours notice before cancelling any In-Car Lesson(s). A $40/hour fee will be charged for all cancellation requests made in less than 24 hours notice. A $55/hour fee will be charged for all no show appointments. (i.e. 1 hr lesson = $55, 2 hr lesson = $110).

Digital eLearning
You may start your online eLearning course at any time after registration. The course start date starts on the day you activate your online eLearning account. There is not charge to switch to in-person class if the online eLearning account has not yet been activated. A $50 fee will be charged if a student wishes to switch to in-person class once the online eLearning account has been activated. It is not recommended to booking the in-vehicle lessons before finishing the online eLearning/in-person course.

Virtual Driving Lessons
All of our MTO-Approved Courses include a minimum of 1 hour on our virtual driving simulator. Virtual driving lessons are held onsite at our main office at 785 Wonderland Rd., South, London. University Classes
University classes are currently paused until further notice. Digital eLearning is available to students seeking online drivers Ed. Our online eLearning course is available anytime, from anywhere, and it is easily accessible 24/7. All in-person classes are held at our main office, in the Westmount Shopping Centre, at 785 Wonderland Rd., South, London.

Discounts and Promotions
Discount packages, such as the Western Student Discount, may require proof of student ID to receive a discount. To receive a discount, students must apply the coupon code on the online registration form. Coupon codes do not apply to a partial payment. A coupon code will apply after the full payment has been made. Please review the details provided on the website or contact us for more information.

Refunds/Course Cancellations
All tuition fees are non-refundable. You maybe eligible for a partial refund if a student has not scheduled any in-vehicle lessons. Please contact our office for more information.
